Nordic Baroque Dancers are motivated by the conviction that the 17th and 18th-century dance arts have an intrinsic value. We also make room for new creations based on the baroque aesthetic and collaborate with choreographers, musicians, artists and organizers who share our view on the baroque arts as relevant to us today.

The company was founded in 2007, since which time its performances have included appearances at the Drottningholm Court Theatre and as part of the Stockholm Early Music Festival.
